Candlepin bowling is one of the very few, maybe the only game, the whole family can play together regardless of age, gender or size. Because of the size and weight of a candlepin ball anyone from 2 to 102 is capable of playing the game. Candlepin Bowling has come a long way from the smoke filled alleys of yesterday. Today you will find many bowling centers including King Bowling Lanes, smoke free and loaded with many advances such as computer scoring and bumper bowling.

BUMPER BOWLING Bumper Bowling is definitely one of the greatest advances in bowling for children. Rails which come out of the gutters line the edge of the lane so the balls won't go in the gutter. These are a great learning tool for children while eliminating the frustration of getting gutter balls. We have bumpers on all of our lanes, available for use during most public bowling sessions.
